The most useful review selected by IndeedLearned so much about the products and need improvements when it in comes to career growth.No team building and staff development activities. They focus only on work, work, work. No other benefits except for mandatory like SSS, pag ibig, rice allowance etc. No health h card even for regular employees.

The company always relocate the employees with out thinking that the salary of the employees cannot accomodate the transportation fee that they will need.

Poor management.

Poor management.
They didn't give the exact amount of my last salary. overtime pay.
All i can say is, BR is lack of labor practice. Manager of a certain branch is not approachable.

Great learning experience

Unfair management
Working for more than 2 years. Fun because workmates are like family however the management sucks. No overtime pay and most of the time they let you work from opening till closing which is almost 15 hours shift! They wont pay you overtime but you can just offset the hours. Management doesnt listen to employees needs. No conideration.

The workplace is fun because our goal is to make people happy

There is one time that we are out of stocks since the shipment will arrive in 2 more weeks and we are having a hard time explaining to our guest so we decided to came up with the help of the upper management that the spiel should be the same and accurate so for us and also for the team member's can explain effectively.
