Non-toxic work environment and helpful colleagues

Indeed Featured review

There are good people in this company I can vouch for it. Additionally, managers and leads are very knowledgeable and that gives me motivation to be better every day. Our team is not perfect but I am fairly happy working for this company. I just wish that they have a good plan for every employee and give the proper compensation to employees who are performing. Overall, I am happy that I am a part of this company.

Terminal job

Good for fresh grads especially those in non-IT courses who are looking for a chance to enter the IT industry. You will learn in-depth software testing, test case drafting, documentation, etc. After more than 5 years, it will be a terminal job. You will not learn anything that you can use in another company. No automation, no tools, no API testing. Salary growth is below average. If you dare enter, leave after 3 or 4 years if you want to have a future. Otherwise, you

Good culture

Good company and culture. But needs improvement on IT assets as well as softwares used. Great management overall, and reimbursements and meal allowances are a plus

Hard to pass

The company boasts a lot of benefits as well as learning for fresh grads but the recruitment process is just really tough and requires a lot of time and effort.

No Work-Life Balance

Pay is good but there is no work-life balance. Management tells you that you need to render overtime only when it's needed (which is most of the time). No overtime pay.

Fairly high salary but also high workload

Relatively high starting salary. Lots of work, OT is discouraged but there's no OT pay anyway. Processes are structured and people are nice. There are always deadlines and tasks to do even after you finish one. Work is 8 hours a day. They'll work you as much as they pay you.Training was structured and great. Management is nice but how nice depends on the team. Benefits are unclear at times.

Pros

high salary, structured processes

Cons

no overtime pay

Fairly good company

Good pay, good training. Very low workload. As a product support specialist, you are highly paid for your tasks. You will be asked to render your shift with just 1 to 2 cases a day. If you want a relaxed work environment, you might like it here. So relaxed, you might fall asleep. Haha

No career growth

The management will assign you to different position and give you additional responsibilities without considering your other workload and responsiblities.

Productive and fun workplace with free food

They would provide enough training so you would be able to do your job properly. The project I did was lax enough that we had enough freedom with it, provided we presented specifications and design to supervisors. We did an agile method of development with daily reports in the morning for progress. Food in the pantry is also free and they offer different snacks in the afternoon.

Good training ground for fresh grads

Fun workplace with some very nice people. Good training ground for developers with a number of experienced and knowledgeable senior devs. Overtime is almost expected though, with no pay, just a dinner allowance. Also, this is a very flat organization so career advancement is quite slow, with the average being around 5 years I think.

Pros

free snacks

Cons

long hours, no overtime pay, slow career advancement

Beginner Town

If you've ever played any decent RPG, or MMORPG, then you should be familiar with the term 'Beginner Town.' Azeus is one such company, amidst many in the world. This is somewhere you can learn what you need to learn, and get a head start in the world. However, to really get ahead in this world, you'll have to one day leave this place and stretch your wings. The problem here, is that Azeus is afraid of innovation. It is stuck in the past, and is very slow in adapting to more modern business practices, or applying more modern technologies. Come here, learn, but never hesitate to leave as this is for your own benefit. Like in many RPGs or MMORPGs, once you are strong enough, move on to better opportunities. It's a wide world out there, and you're missing out by staying here.

Pros

Stability

Cons

Stagnation

Best place to learn and to grow

For me, this is the best company be it for personal or career-growth and development. Management is always keen to help everyone grow and achieve their long-term goals. Colleagues are like mind machines, always striving to learn and to improve.
