Compensation and Job security is best on this company. No plan to leave however my priority is to explore my knowledge on the Azure cloud and leadership to a local company.
the benefits are really for the family bonusses and other allowance are given to us.

Company pretty cares about your outside life. Work and life is really balanced in Avaloq. Does not have the pressure vibes you get in most of the corporate companies.
