Low salary, good employees

has low salary offered Only few has a good attitude, some are bossy and gathering data only. They are not working, there work pass to other but credit to them in the end.hoping that HR can do something with some employees that are using much of their time in breaks.

Have fun but disappointed on salary distribution

has low salary offered and has inbalance work load. Only few has a good attitude, some are bossy and gathering data only. They are not working, there work pass to other but credit to them in the end.

Poor management, poor benefits, dont think about applying here

I learned that this company has a poor management. This company doesn't deserve their hard-working and skilled employees.They doesn't care about their employees AT ALL. No benefits, low starting compensation, promised the employees for a raise after a year, some employees stayed for more than 3 years, yet they only gave a raise for only 500 PESOS. ABSURD.

No care about employees

All employees are stressed. the office environment was good but the management is not. NO GROWTH! salary is always late. the only good thing is the colleagues are nice.

Most Worst Employer

Some of ATC employee/Employees are trolls. They push to make a dummy accounts to put positive comment or review on thier products. This is a '' healthcare'' without HMO, limited benefits, No Overtime pay. No Care to employees. During my years, people leave because of employer' s attitude. Overcontrolling.

Worst Employer

The management is worst employer ever! They don’t give importance to their employees. They have favoritism. The owners are not open to any suggestions. No company outing. No team building. No trainings at all.

We have always team building and other activities

Our employment is under a cooperative that's why we don't have tax. It is an outsourcing firm where we cater applicants to an establishment. We are the one who process their payroll and other government mandated contributions.

working as a Sales Coordinator was never been easy,you should be ready everyday for new things that may go along the way but then it makes you learn more about different things,what i learned most was the time management,be more responsible,independent,accountable and you should be your own brand on your clients,the management was really good,they always been up to date specially when it comes with the welfare of their employees,the hardest part of being a sales coordinator was that,you have to manage your time,the expenses,you should take good care of your products ,deliveries and a lot more but still for you to do your job well you should also enjoy it ,love your work and enjoy its nature,the most enjoyable part of this job for me was that i was able to visit other places and meet new different kind of people everyda while working.It was really such a very good experience working with this company.

Good Working Environment

Atc Healthcare International Corp is a good employer. I am happy with the way they operate and the way they treat me and the way their operate their staff in general. They're good employers. They've taught me a lot; I've gained a lot of experience and I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their team.

fun worklace

its a 8 hours duty in a different place in manila. i learned how to generate workable solutions and resolve complaints of the customer. Me and my co workers work as a team. If you are enjoying your work you noticed that no hardest part in it. I enjoy visiting different supermarkets and be able to deal with them our products.

Productive

- I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises. Rest of the week goes in delivering the product(s), updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our global teams. My role involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option. -I learned a lot of things in ATC specially on helding and organizing events, making strategical marketing plans, Inventory of goods and stocks. It helps me to develop my marketing skills. -My co-workers are fun and hospitable we have a very good relationship and coordination. -When we have events that gives me the opportunity to meet different peoples in the big industries that inspires me a lot.

productive,and attentive to their employees needs,good in creating a good relation to their employees.

Im starting my work at 9am-6pm everyday,Im attending at least 4 outlets /per day. Im a roving coordinator,on hand with my products and I personally deliver my stocks to the stores every time I have deliveries.On my 1 year of service I learned a lot from it,specially on how to deal with different people from the store manager its dept.heads/supervisors,to their store guards,and to their selling employees.I also learned how to use of my time and manage it correctly.The hardest part of my job as sales coordinator is that I have to trave all the way from Bacolod City-Iloilo City,have to stay there for 3 days,finish my task in every outlets before I could go back to my city.I enjoyed my job because I had given a chance to travel from more different places,which I never been before such as iloilo city,roxas,and kalibo aklan.
