Great company to work

Very considerate and fun to work with team. The company provides enough compensation to its employees. The workload is somewhat bearable. The only problem is accessibility, as some projects are located within traffic-prone areas of the metro, it would be an advantage if you're living near.

Friendly but lacks support

Friendly emoloyees and managers, but lack support from upper management. Also no other benefits aside from government mandated. Office based employees has HMO but site based employees who is more at risk of accidents doesn't have HMO
