Productive at first

The job was good but the problems are the management. The salary was not worth it because of deduction. Sometimes OT are not paid only 1 hour. There's no trust between employees.

Great Company

Great Company specially when your starting and want to learn about Customer service and leadership skills. They will provide different trainings to improve your skills.

charity overtime sometimes

if you go awol they will hold your 2 cut off payrolls. they should be only hold the last cut off payroll. suddenly they hold your 1 month cut off.and sometimes they do not pay overtimt

hardworking co workers

army navy is fine,But the management is not as good like other companies.They dont pay overtime sometimes. and when im about to resign to finish my study. the agency dont want me to resign and they tell me to just work in their fastfood rather than go to college.and when i was sick and being absent for 4 days straight.the agency just told me that this day will be your last day at work.but the saddest part is. they hold my payroll.i didn’t recieve any payroll from them , no payrolls recieved for 1 month(2cut off) of me working for them

There's no problem within the staff but there's a problem with the higher management, they want us to give good service yet they cannot give their managers a good feedback or a goof suppport

productive and fun workplace

you can be productive in terms of teaching your crew for the new products that AN will give, also it is fun being in the restaurant.
