Inhumane company

Nothing good about this company. I've been working here for 2 years, overtime everyday but still no regularization. No other unique benefits like HMO, salary increase is too small. The HR and planners on the main office (Mayon QC) are too arrogant and they do not respect us being professionals. Their construction workers often complains about their unpaid weekly salary. This company is inhumane, not good for physical and mental health. Poor work ethicsa and system. Companies must love, protect and care for their employees. We give you professional work but still do not give us what we deserve.

Poor Company

The company doesn't support the needs of the employees. I don't remember any happy moments during my work experience on this company. Even our immediate head won't survive.

Good for fresh graduate

A nice place to start and get your first experience there is a lot of challenge that you will face especially when it comes to the materials that you are requesting and dont expect a salary increase as soon as possible your experience dont matter

Poor management, compensation does not equate workload

I was assigned on site as QA engineer, accepted the very low offer as I was a fresh grad. LIMITED OT's even if work demands all staff to work overtime, only 1 engineer was allowed. Despite this, still stayed for 11 months because co-staff (on site) were all very nice, competitive and fun to work with. Workload is ALMOST bearable if compensated properly.
