Summary says it all. It was a good company to work for before but I think ever since the pandemic came the management just became unreliable and there's no path for career advancement.

Productive fun work place.

Working at Alorica is Productive fun work place, people are very accommodating. Working environment is conducive or constraining, But when it comes to management there are lapses.

Promotions are fast

You can be easily promoted here if you are really good enough although the trainings and support from the managements are lacking. They would call you and ask to report to work even though it's your day off in the middle of the night.

They offer work frome set ups

Alorica is good for newbies. Turning 2 years next month. There are so nany things that needs to improve. No annusl increase and its performance based. They have this 8 point system that if you cannot report for work even its uncontrollable, it will progress and it is terminable. No retirement. Just good for newbies. Considering to leave this company soon for better opportunities.

Poor Workplace Environment + Low Salary Package + Mostly Unprofessional TMs/OMs

Some airconditioning systems in the building are not working. Imagine working during day time and you are in the 19th floor of the building and the aircondition is not working! It's like working in doomsday. Culture in one account seem to be pretty laidback and unprofessional. A lot of cursing and inapporpriate language spoken by TMs.

Worst workplace with the worst management and TLs with superiority complex

This is a good company to jumpstart your BPO career but you won't last 3 months if you know your worth.Equipment is dirty and collecting dust. Comfort rooms are stinky. TLs particularly those on training are power trippers would keep you on meetings after shift. SALARY DISPUTES ARE PREVALENT. IT HAPPENS EVERY CUT OFF.

working with alorica is good one of the best companies to work with. Management is good they care about their employees especially OMs when you are sick or having difficulties they will reach you out.

Good working environmentGood managementNot so stressful compare to other companiessalary is low though, I hope there's an increase on the salary and additional allowance for all employees, it would be best if they also have an early retirement plan

Fun place too with sleeping quarters

Satisfactory level. Recommendable BPO specially for beginners as they have the option to take a short but free English course.I like the Pantry & CLAYGO policy.

Productive and fun workplace

The people are very welcoming and approachable in the workplace. They are willing to extend help to their co-workers who need their assistance. We have a good collaboration all in all.

Fun to work and easy application process

Good environment and pioneers, they take a lot of care with their employees, good CR and Cafeteria but a bit pricey. A good scenery if your station is located near at the window.

Fast paced and competitive

Very fast paced and competitive too. But overall the workplace is ok and specially the people are very understanding and patient and helpful as well. The TLs are very helpful to the agents and more than willing to assist.

Not sure to recommend

Not worth it. Management always finds a way to blame the rep for the scores you get even though it was something where there is nothing you can do.Growth needs to be asked and is not offered. This only means that only you knows your self worth.Pay is on time, but even if you are tenured you get no increase as it is a performance based which should be changed as you cannot please and control the scores provided by the clients.

Work is collaborative

The management is very approachable. Their Covid response on its onset was by far the worst among all other companies but they are slowly getting back. The culture is very friendly and warm. A nice place to work at apart from it being one of the lowest salary bracket.

No PTO available even if its downtime, all in all I enjoy working here the TMs are approachable but the management need to connect with their employees.

Easy hiring process, good salary, offers good career opportunity for people with no work experience

The company is good for first-timers in the BPO industry. The environment is very light and most superiors are approachable and kind. The training is really long and sometimes contains a lot of unnecessary lectures that are not that helpful for the actual job of assisting the customers.

Good for starters

WFH and onsite options. Computer or laptop provided if WFH. Chill account. New batch of TLs are dumb lol. Not much to say about this company I enjoyed working here.

Worst company specially HR department

If you want stress and waste your time apply here! HR will not help you instead they will ignore you for asking about certain process and just leave you hanging. My friends got the same experience in Alorica Cubao. Nakakahiya!
