Not a fun place to work at even if we have been working from home.

Just the worst call center. I really never thought of staying here for a long but due to the delayed payout of the incentives that we worked hard for, we also delay leaving this he77.

Good place to learn and upskill

It is a good place for begginers who want ro learn new skills or upskill. However, what bothers me is alot of agents are oftenly being transferred from one account to another. (This review is based only on my own experience and observation on my former workplace and not applicable to all sites)

Low compensation

Very low compensation compared to other BPO companies, low salary package, poor management, and they will only promote you if you have a close friend in the management.

Good working environment

Job doesn’t require a college degree. People were nice and team leaders are approachable. We also had paid training before being put into production, which was a great way to learn about the job and bond with coworkers.

Productive workplace with gym.

I've been assigned with a good teammate. Even though I'm a starter in this profession, I can feel their effort in helping me improve my skills.hardest part of the job: when customers ask for the impossible.

Great company to work with

I've been with this company for 15 years. Lots of opportunities to move up and the pay is good. I work with very supportive people that felt like family.

good boss

great place to work, good management, no problem in filing a leave, people first, flexible worktime, permanent work from home, company provided equipment

Very late last pay

The leaders are great but it took so long for them to release the final pay even if you follow up multiple times. It took them 6 months to email me. You can’t talk to them in person. Just emails.

Good Company.

Good leaders, and opportunities. I experienced a lot of new things when I was assigned to a new account. Opened a lot of doors for me. I will always be grateful.

Good for beginners

The company has mid-range competitive benefits to offer. If you're a newbie in the BPO industry, this company will definitely hone you to be the best that you can be.

Good for starters

A great workplace depending on the people you work with. Training was a fun experience though, you might have trouble adjusting to other people since co-workers come and go.

Fun workplace

Low basic salary but you can have high salary through incentives as long as you can maintain a good perfromance monthly. Good for no experience on BPO.

Good working environment

Depending on the account you land and maybe the site, my experience there was great. The salary was not that good since newbie but I can say that the account and people I've been with were awesome

The management make you believe that they are the easiest but talking to multiple people and trying to please them is not easy at all also the leaders are power tripping specially OM's .HR there are also power tripper there is values at all. HR ALSO COVERING UP THEIR BAD APPLES.

Productive and fun workplace

Not competitive salary package yet culture and environment is great. Have learned a lot with mentors and TMs since they are hands on. Work is great if you are nearby the site

Scam HR, Slow Career Growth, No Development, Average Salary

- Recruitment hub will hype the job offer but will transfer you to a different acount instead so you don't get what you applied for during the 13hrs of 1-day application process.- Training was so bad you'd immediately know they don't train their trainers. No methodology or any good training/technique was present.- New hires (6mos probation) get ZERO benefits despite being the ones who get sick the most due to night shift adjustmemts.- Equipments and online systems are trash you'd have to get to work early just so you could set it up and not get late. They'd rather have their employees extend working hours than fix their trash equipment.- Clinics are always out of stock on medicine and have very limited provision/service for unwell employees- the only good thing is the affordable food in the pantry and some very helpful team supports/supervisors
