I can't speak for the other Alorica locations and the other accounts/departments of the branch that I worked at. I am grateful that I had the privilege of working with the people I worked with, and I did learn a lot from that company. It's a good first company to work at - provides a good foundation. I guess there can be room for improvement when it comes to management. I think team managers and the higher-ups can come up with better, positive ways of motivating employees to perform better and eventually teach them to love the company. Give better compensation such as skill pay; better incentives such as gift certificates/small prizes for agents with the best stats/KPI; better benefits such as having paid leaves.

Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
