Stressful, Low benefits and compensation, Old equipments.
Written by Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) from Makati on May 19, 2020
Lots of stress and what matters to the management is the scores no matter how you get it. What makes the job worse are the jurassic equipments. Stone-aged computer sets plus dysfunctional headset attached to your working area would only make it hard for you to work properly.
