I really like working with airasia because I feel motivated and appreciated the compensation also are great all the trainings are company paid and free ticket also. Very traditional culture and highly patriarchal. No clear direction of company vision. Management seems disengaged and not aligned. A lot of improvement to do to catch up with better culture.
