Currently handling Bus segment development but with limited territorial coverage and performing Technical Supervisor at the same time
The company is huge organization with Apollo tires as core product. Set up is mainly business to business selling through tire dealers and key account / commercial fleet account development is currently at its starting stage. Learning opportunity is good. Management is good for those who hit their sales targets only. The hardest part of my job is how to divide my time between being Technical Supervisor managing 2 Technical Staff for now and being an Account Executive to develop the bus public transport segment. The most enjoyable part of my job is setting your weekly itinerary without management resistance and with issuance of company car.
