Working place: fully airconditioned, cool temperature suitable for office works, w/ janitor and security 24 hrs, Big screen computers and comfortable chairs and tables. Available water dispenser and refrigerator for employees. Working w/ the team: Management is good w/ friendly employers. though the team is small in numbers but everybody is very cooperative, approachable, very friendly, great teamwork, w/ good sense of humor, helpful, and work dedicated. Everyday Activity: start the day w/ team family meeting and prayers, problem solving and a busy day to enjoy and learn more. Most enjoyable part of the job: when everybody is busy at work but still find time to relax and have fun like eating together at lunch or during breaktime and share some funny chats to avoid stress working. team works like family.

Company much better compared before

Not a good company to begin with

Structural Engineer (Former Employee) - Cavite City, Cavite - September 19, 2016

*No benefits like health cards *They don't pay sss, pag-ibig and philhealth contributions on a monthly basis *Ots are not paid *Pay is low and you need to remind them that it's pay day, if not they wont have plans in funding your atm card *They dont want their employees to be close because the operations manager and the manager is afraid of being talked about. *No ethics *Office is not airconditioned If I rate them between 1-10, 1 being the lowest, I'll give them 1
