Comfortable workspace and accommodating employees

- Every employees are working based on their descriptions especially interns and most of the people are approachable- Learned a lot of things like having an initiative to the task given, carefully monitoring the sheets, and also having a communication to other employees- Approachable and helps how to do the tasks- Comfortable- Task overload- Free lunch and flexible schedule

A Good company with potential

I was an intern at the company and my onboarding experience was dreadful. The video tutorials that were used did not really help during my work and there was no proper documentation for the errors or problems that was constantly encountered you had to always reach out to your seniors or team leaders. However, it was a great starting point to learn about what's it like working in the industry of programmers and to know about the different ways of working in a team. To sum it up, my work was average, I am most of the times left to search and learn about the framework by myself and it had low pay, by the end of my internship they were implementing ways to document things better to lessen the need for unnecessary consultations regarding the problems or unclear instructions. By the time that I am writing this review the problems that I have encountered might have already been resolved, but that was my experience so far with the company.

Good place to develop career but they salary is low

The demands for the underpaid role. The management is not pro-employees. Seems like everyone is underpaid. Working overtime is overly romanticized here but there's no OT pay. They always claim that they treat each other like family which is not a good thing for a company. Company is very traditional. Company has so many rooms for improvement.

Good Internship Experience

They made my first internship experience comfortable due to the people and environment of the company. I learned from different seniors and was able to bond with my fellow interns. Definitely recommended for those who are interested in working in such an industry.

Good for internship

- Chill wfh internship but will learn alot- Dev Team practices- Good management- Adjusting to the tech stack they use- WFH is very enjoyable because you control your time
