Great from what I expect since the day started when I was a contractual, a sales assistant then a Supervisor and become a Store Manager.
They always prior educational attainment than experience. So many unequal rules, especially those in provincial branches. If they promote someone, a ton of daily work is added but salary increase is just puny.
