I would say Accenture so far one of the best in the BPO industry. Accenture promotes work-life balance and a very fun environment. I've learned a lot in terms of personal and career growth.

Its great place to start. You will have to compete. You will feel like a slave to your work for at least a year. You will have to commit to them for 5 years to get a raise.
