Nice working there. the salary is just a bit low than industry standard. but overall, the experience is the best when you want to learn so much things

Good for fresh grad

Pros: trainings, certifications.Cons: toxic, no OT pay, required OT, deadline of tickets always 1-2 days. Will require some work on weekends due to bad ticket handling of team lead.

Good benefits.

The benefits are good, but...Plug and play.Very minimal training (it depends on the project).They will decide which skill you'll take.It is hard to request a retool or reskill (it depends on the project).

Really good company. Great people and benefits. If you’ve been planning to apply, go apply. My workload was light and I got to enjoy working from home.

Productive and growth opportunity

Good compensation and bonuses. It does offer hybrid set-up. You can work at your home with equipments provided by the company. Just need to report onsine once a month

Great Benefits. Friendly colleagues

Though I have worked there for a very short time, the experience was quite unforgettable. They really offer a competitive salary and great benefits. The recruitment process was very smooth as the recruiters will guide you well. People there were also nice.

Minimal to no work life balance

benefits are okay but sometimes they require you to do overtime especially when there's an ongoing deployment to prod. They give higher salary to experienced hires compared to the ones who've been with the company since the start of their career

Stress is dependent on the project I worked qith relaxed and stressful projects Managers are great.Plentiful bonuses.Great team members...collaboration is encouraged

It was great

The office may be a bit bland in style but the organization definitely makes up in benefits and culture for it. They take their employees' woes seriously and they actually listen to you.

Overall, it is a good company and very people-centric. The only downside is the salary. Good for fresh grads. HMO, 15 VLs, 10 SLs, ESPP, SPF, and retirement

Productive & Fun Workplace

The environment was great and fun. But the salary can't feed a family of four. Hoping that you'll make your offer competitive like others. Or just add some allowances so us employees can atleast save up, especially those who have family already.

Unlimited training materials

Good company for fresh grad. Provide bootcamps before deployment. Can be promoted before or after 2 years of work. Good benefits and salary package.
