Fun workplace but really depends on your project and management

Good company for fresh grads.- Benefits are at par if not better than other companies.- Equipment to enable you at work are good- Internet allowance- Hybrid work setup

awesome company

downside is the workload but great company and able to compensate for the incentives like GC or accumulated points that will be base on the team performance and there are lot of orgs that you can join for free.

Great place to start your career

The pay was low, but the company helped me grow my career. There were lots of mentors to help me out during my time here. The leads and managers were very understanding and supportive.

Excessive workload

This company will make you realize that money is NOT everything! Very good if you want to have good portfolio because you will work with big clients but expect excessive workload and extended working hours.

I dont understand why they are pushing us to do RTO once a week when we can do our job effectively inside our home. not competitive salary and toxic environment sometimes.

Among the BPO's, they offer a wide range of benefits they also they took the work life balance seriously, there's huddle everyday so everybody keep tracks of progress

Workmates are fun to work with . It is easy to file a leave so you will have a work-life balance. Salary is fair. Allowance is provided such as internet at food

Great starting point for fresh graduates

Accenture provides wide range of trainings and certifications. Even on bench, you can be involved in multiple trainings. Some of the certifications also have rewards depending on the level. Benefits are also top notch. Nontaxable allowance is high compared to other companies. Good HMO coverage but parents are not 100% covered. Leaves are given upon joining and is can sometimes be converted to cash (depends on the performance of the company within a fiscal year).Work wise, my experience on a project is great. Got aligned with the skillset I have which resulted with me performing well. Got promoted twice in 2 years. Also got high percentage of increase. So basically, you are rewarded if you perform well.

Slow career growth, longer working hours, tons of work, Team Lead

Promotion is slow in my current project, “palakasan” system is real, also my current team lead is very power tripping, unbecoming of a professional leader and very pro-management. Also, their HR is ridiculous when you have queries
