Interview (Personal or Phone Interview)
Very structured and generally not easy. Very objective. Screening and qualification process is purely based on actual verifiable credentials, identifiable accomplishments, truthful experiences, tangible results and quantifiable accounts of values and worth. You cannot just sweet-talk your interview.
Just like a friendly chat where your comms skills being assessed.
Panel interview and an Exam.
