Wants to do too much at the sameTime
Director (Former Employee) - Makati City - September 20, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedPrioritization is majorly lacking in this company. There is no clear focus. People are overworked, disgruntled. Everything is for show, externally people think they have it all together, but inside, it’s all messed up and everyone is just looking after their own selves. Management are out of touch with reality and there is no guts to admit to global group what can be done and can’t be done. No accountability on managers

Stressful Environment
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Makati City - September 7, 2023
There is lack of planning and organization resulting in heavy workload. Employees are afraid to make mistakes because committing them leads to severe punishment.

career growth
FSS (Current Employee) - Lucena City, Quezon Province - July 6, 2023
Its fun working in AXA but sometimes monthly target can stress you out. Good relationship with bank partners is a must if you want to hit your target.

Career growth and challenging
Finacial Solutions Associate (Current Employee) - Makati - July 4, 2023
You will be trained to be more professional in a challenging industry. Bankassurance is a good training ground. South Metro Manila Region is the best region to be working with.

Stressful and full of pressure
Financial Specialist (Former Employee) - Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte - June 25, 2023
Working in axa is very stressful. The target is almost impossible to hit. Area manager are just after of sales but can't help you in the branch problems or after sales. You are like a one man branch you do everything like marketing, sales, handling complaints including claims, and all the after sales. They don't care of your hassle they just care of the sales.

Financial Specialist (Former Employee) - Makati City - June 6, 2023
Best time of my life.. until pandemic came. I had the best manager, best bank branch and co-workers. Incentives are good and salary is okay. It's really your effort that makes it better. after all, it's in the sales industry.

Excited to work with the company
Financial Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Koronadal City, South Cotabato - June 1, 2023
I want to observe for now. Do they give the basic pay for new employee? If we shouldn't reach the quota it would affect our salary or our job for it? I am confident that they'll help us in proper mentoring & training.

It’s an “OKAY” company
Bancassurance Sales Specialist (Current Employee) - Makati City - April 13, 2023
Working with AXA is fun and exciting at the start. But as the days go by, working as a Financial Specialist means you are capable to secure your client’s future from uncertainties. Since being in sales means you have to achieve targets and certain KPIs, the management will push you to hit those KPIs and sometimes defeats the purpose of providing a custom-fit plan for your clients just so you can get-by for the month and avoid getting scolded from your bosses. Nonetheless, it’s an “OKAY” company. Salary and compensation - 4/5 Work-Life balance - 3/5 Career growth/development - 3/5

Productive and fun place
Working with axa is great as they are providing good benefits such as allowances, health/medical coverage and other incentives. If you're working in a sales position, expect your manager to give you good work pressure

It was a great experience.
Licensed Financial Advisor (Former Employee) - Cagayan de Oro City - March 2, 2023
Very professional work place and work ethics. One has to go to the branch office and apply in person in business formal attire. It was fun and exhausting too in searching for several investors. It has weekly AXA Philippines Trainings to augment one's potentials and skills in handling people and improving professional behavior and performance.
Pros
Monthly Cut-Off Lunches
Cons
Search Clients Reach Quotas

Productive but very stressful
Server Infrastructure\Cloud and Operations Manager (Former Employee) - philippines - December 30, 2022
You need to be at axa at least 5 years to get length of service conversion once you decide to move to another company. Culure in AXA is very political, you need to be always good to the eyes of the bosses.
