It is a fast-phasing environment. Everyone are always in their busy mode especially during month-ends. I learned a lot in handling people. Every day my maturity goes higher and higher. Employees are busy-bees. The hardest part of the job is when you encounter this what we call "fear of conflict", like bosses don't have the same opinions and you don't know who are you going to follow , BUT the only solution is you have to lay all the details to them and do not be afraid to be scolded especially when you know you are just doing it for work and to make things done right. The most enjoyable part of the job is I get to influence people, discipline them and learn from them also.
