Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as Administrative Assistant in matters pertaining to Director and Group Director of Network Control Center and Operations Support.
• Prepare Payment Advises for the Network Control Center and Operations Support charged to specific cost centers
• Monitor cash advances and reimbursements of business expenses for the Network Control Center and Operations Support.
• Ensure effective budget management by assisting the Finance Business Manager in budget reviews, consolidating documents for Annual and Quarterly Cost Reviews, and overseeing financial projects across department accounts.
• Ensure accurate administration and record-keeping by managing Operations Support documents and maintaining historical records of payments and invoices.
• Oversee cost reporting and payment processing by preparing cost reports for function heads upon request and ensuring timely invoice payments to providers.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course, preferably with a Finance Degree.
Mathematically proficient, with strong skills in Excel and related tools for data analysis and financial reporting.
