Job Title: Hotel Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Hotel Sales Associate assists in generating revenue by selling hotel accommodations, event spaces, and other services. They build relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with room reservations and hotel services.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in visits.
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and special packages.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and reservation documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and walk-in guests.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to increasing hotel occupancy.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on hotel promotions, rates, and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
