Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our recruitment and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with interview scheduling, data entry, report organization, and other HR-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is current and organized.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment tracking and hiring process administration.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • File, scan, and maintain confidential employee and candidate records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, HR, or office support experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
