• Gets queue number and a clear copy of Vehicle Certificate of Registration and most recent Original Receipt from the customer.
• Fetches customer details from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) main server using their copy of Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) of registration.
• Verifies the veracity of the documents presented by the customer/ clientele before encoding against the fetched data from the LTO servers.
• Performs data entry using customers’ CR/OR to the LTO server via third-party IT provider’s system module.
• Informs customer about the LTMS system and the LTO client portal as a new requirement for renewal of registration.
• Verifies other vehicle requirements such as EWD (for light vehicles) and the copy of clear OR/CR.
• Puts tag/label on vehicle keys in preparation for queuing for the purpose of easy identification and matching during inspection.
• Advises customers about what LTO accepts Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) and any key update from the LTO new vehicle registration system.
• Answers customer queries regarding certain vehicle issues. It might come from the result of the inspection with the scope of his/her ability as a person with technical background.
• Handles out any promotional materials to Toyota-brans vehicle owners from the umbrella of Toyota dealers that Melandrex owns.
• Matches queue slips to system module to meet accounting requirements per transaction
• Organizes printed queue slips before handing out the cashier-on-duty before end of shift.
• Gets queue number and the failed MVI report from the customer for encoding.
• Handles customer queries / appointments and other concerns relayed from the M2 PMVIC call center.
