  • Processes accurate, complete and reliable information and claims of all Hospital Philhealth transactions.
  • Entertains inquires from patients, Philhealth members, doctors and co- employees regarding Philhealth requirements and benefits.
  • Receives and evaluates Philhealth claims for processing.
  • Encodes the Philhealth Details to the Philhealth Information System including the deductions of according to patients’ diagnosis.
  • Works with Philhealth Analyst in reviewing Philhealth documents for transmittal.
  • Files and keeps Philhealth supporting documents for future references.
  • Complies with established Integrated Management System (IMS) Standards.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
