Full job description

  • Processes admission papers.
  • Orients admitted patients and/or relatives on hospital policies and procedures regarding Philhealth, Patients’ Rights and Obligations, Required Deposits, Red Tag, House Rules and other policies and procedures related to admission.
  • Coordinates with Maintenance, Orderly, Housekeeping/Linen and NSO for the room preparation of incoming patient.
  • Coordinates with the Engineering and Nursing Service Department for accommodation of special request from patients and/or relatives.
  • Coordinates with HMO coordinator and/or Industrial Medicine personnel for receiving and admission of HMO/Company patients.
  • Acts as Hospital Cashier on off hours of cashier.
  • Complies with IMS standards.
  • Files and keeps admitting supporting documents and working papers.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
