Full job description

We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Growth & Video Specialist who can create, edit, and grow high-performing TikTok content for the US travel and hospitality market.This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok growth, has experience building accounts from 0 to 1, and can independently take a content idea from concept → script → filming/editing → publishing → performance optimization.The ideal candidate is not only a content strategist but also a strong video editor who understands how to create engaging short-form videos that drive views, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth and content execution of TikTok accounts targeting the US market
  • Build TikTok accounts from 0 to 1 through strong content strategy and consistent execution
  • Develop viral content ideas, hooks, storytelling structures, and video concepts
  • Write TikTok scripts and transform ideas into engaging short-form videos
  • Independently edit TikTok videos optimized for watch time, retention, and engagement
  • Create fast-paced, high-retention edits using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
  • Add creative elements including captions, transitions, sound effects, pacing adjustments, and visual storytelling techniques
  • Analyze TikTok performance data and continuously improve content based on results
  • Research TikTok trends, viral formats, competitors, and audience behaviors
  • Test different editing styles, hooks, and content formats to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage the full content workflow from idea development to final published video

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating and growing TikTok accounts
  • Experience building TikTok accounts from 0 to 1 is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, viral content strategies, and audience retention
  • Must have strong short-form video editing skills and a portfolio of TikTok videos you have edited
  • Ability to independently edit videos from raw footage into polished TikTok content
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of TikTok editing styles, pacing, hooks, captions, and retention techniques
  • Experience writing TikTok scripts and creating engaging storytelling-driven content
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to improve future content
  • Strong understanding of US TikTok culture and trends
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
