Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Property Management Virtual Assistant to support a New Zealand-based real estate client. If you are a proactive professional who knows the ins and outs of NZ property management software and has a flair for real estate social media, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will handle day-to-day property management administration while also taking the reins on basic social media marketing to help build the client's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

While the exact daily task list will evolve, your primary duties will include standard New Zealand property management tasks:

  • Lease Renewals: Processing documentation and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Maintenance Management: Logging, tracking, and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Invoice Entry: Accurate entry and processing of maintenance invoices.
  • Tenant Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices to tenants.
  • Arrears Management: Monitoring rent arrears and conducting professional follow-ups.
  • Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and managing basic real estate content to grow the client's online footprint.

Required Experience & Tools

You must have proven experience in the New Zealand property market and be highly proficient with the following platforms:

  • Palace (Property Management)
  • Tapi (Maintenance Management)
  • Inspection Express (Inspections)
  • Canva (Social Media/Marketing Design)
