JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented Digital Ads Specialist to join our Team of PROs. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure exceptional performance and return on investment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be on the platforms daily, building and optimizing campaigns. The right candidate is not someone who just checks boxes. They are someone who takes ownership of their accounts, looks for ways to improve outcomes, and brings ideas that make the whole team better.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate has
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google LSA
In-depth understanding of campaign optimization strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation.
Extreme attention to detail, ensuring no errors in output
Background in creating visually appealing Facebook ad creatives using Canva or similar design tools to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement
Experience in writing compelling and conversion-focused ad copy for Facebook and Google Ad campaigns, aligning with campaign objectives
Ability to follow standard processes and suggest process improvements
Efficiency in managing lots of clients, campaigns, and deadlines
Collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and ensure consistency in digital marketing efforts
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Passion to contribute to the growth of a client's bottom line

Not Required, but helpful:
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking mechanisms
Familiarity with project management tools and meticulous note-taking for tracking and reporting
A solid understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and audience persona development

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating ad campaigns on Facebook and Google
Appealing and troubleshooting policy violations with Google
Setting up Google Ad assets
Google & Facebook Ad copywriting
Routine ad maintenance and optimizations
Performing routine recommendation and keyword maintenance in Google Ads
Setting up tracking phone numbers in CallRail
Spot-checking Google Ads calls
Appealing rejected Facebook ads
Creating Facebook ad audiences
Checking widget errors and annotation campaign changes in Agency Analytics
Keeping up with GSA, LSA, and FB Ads best practices and industry trends
Contributing to the creation of SOPs and improving processes
