Full job description

We’re hiring a full‑time travel specialist to support our U.S.‑based client in the luxury travel sector. This role will provide after hours (US evenings and weekends) urgent support to travelers needing assistance with their existing travel arrangements - e.g. flight delays/cancelations or local transfers etc.

Position Overview

Working as part of the client relationship team, the role requires strong Sabre GDS expertise, polished client communication skills including answering the phone or responding to text/chat messages. The successful applicant must be able to reassure the client that they're in capable hands and have the ability to handle emergencies such as flight cancellations or delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle traveler needs and changes with respect to: Flight delays (due to mechanical or weather issues) and full cancellations. Immediate ground transfer or vendor issues (e.g., the driver is not at the pickup location). On-site discrepancies upon arrival at hotels or restaurants. Urgent itinerary adjustments (hotels, greeters, transfers) resulting from last-minute flight changes.
  • Take detailed messages for non-urgent requests (e.g., future trip planning) to pass along to the primary Relationship Manager.
  • Escalate complex issues directly to a Relationship Manager when necessary
  • Provide structured handoffs and ensure proactive updates continue seamlessly across shift changes without the client needing to follow up.
  • Full onboarding will be provided to the clients existing systems and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of luxury travel experience.
  • Strong Sabre GDS skills
  • Exceptional communication and client‑handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines independently with strong accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php58,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
