REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Commerce
  • fluent in English communication (verbal and written)
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, show initiative, and exemplify a positive attitude
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • at least two years relevant work experience
  • dedicated fast home internet service (at least 30Mbps download)
  • reliable computer system with acceptable anti-virus protection and appropriate equipment for virtual meetings (i.e., camera and headset with microphone)
  • existing dedicated home office workspace
  • flexible to work during Pacific Standard/Daylight Time regular office hours
  • at least one year experience of working from home
  • at least one year experience supporting a business located outside the Philippines, North America preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • at least one year experience in life insurance or group benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system including but not limited to client information updates, investment trades and any contact with clients

  • prepare materials for client meetings including but not limited to insurance quote comparisons and portfolio summaries
