Description

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into systems, ensuring high quality and integrity of information.
  • Review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities if possible.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in developing data management procedures to optimize workflow within Faithm Printers and Services.
  • Support the advertising and media projects through precise data encoding, contributing to the excellence in service that Faithm Printers strives for.
  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in data entry or computer science preferred
  • Experience Level: Prior experience in data entry roles; familiarity with database management systems; advanced knowledge of Excel formulation.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Windows OS; capable of compiling and documenting reports; accurate typing skills; keen attention to detail
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Input data into databases; ensure data integrity; collaborate with teams to gather information; maintain and update records; generate reports as required
