Full job description

Offshored is looking for an experienced Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our Philippines-based team and work exclusively with one of our Australian clients.


You will be employed by Offshored and work remotely with an established Australian-owned, industrial gas and welding supply business.


This is an excellent opportunity for a bookkeeper with Australian accounting experience who is looking for a stable, full-time work-from-home position and wants to work closely with an Australian business.


The successful candidate will take ownership of the client's day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration while working closely with their team in Australia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process supplier bills and customer invoices
  • Assist with customer queries and follow up overdue accounts
  • Process weekly payroll and superannuation
  • Prepare monthly BAS information and reports
  • Complete bank and account reconciliations
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and general bookkeeping
  • Manage recurring transactions and customer-specific pricing
  • Identify discrepancies and follow up issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide general administrative and financial support as required
  • Work closely with the BigWeld team in Australia
