About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Medical Assistant to support a US-based client. This role is primarily responsible for patient scheduling, phone coordination, EMR documentation, and insurance and prior authorization-related support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient data entry, intake, and registration in EHR
• Medical reception and front office communication support
• Patient care coordination and ongoing patient support
• General administrative support for front office operations
• Insurance eligibility verification and pre-authorization processing with various insurance providers
• Referral coordination, including requesting medical records from previous primary care providers
• Appointment scheduling, including reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling

Required Qualifications

• Preferably have medical background
• Must have experience in scheduling (procedures and office visits)
• Must be able to handle inbound and outbound calls
• Must have experience in referral processing and insurance authorization

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
