Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Transcription & QA Intern to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about language, editing, and precision. You will gain hands-on experience in the podcast and media industry, refining your skills in audio-to-text conversion and content quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Audio Transcription: Assist in converting audio files into accurate, clear, and well-formatted text documents.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread transcripts to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax.
• Content Support: Help the team draft show notes, episode descriptions, and other supplementary written materials.
• Consistency Control: Collaborate with the team to ensure all documents align with specific brand guidelines and formatting standards.
• Project Management: Assist in tracking deadlines to ensure all client-specific requirements are met on time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of English, Communications, Journalism, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Strong typing speed and proficiency in digital editing tools.
• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• A proactive learner with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection.
