Job Summary

The US Registered Nurse role is responsible in performing medical necessity review of proposed prospective, concurrent, and retrospective cases such as medical treatments, auto-injury related request, hospitalization, home care, and inpatient/outpatient treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiently in accordance with the client's-specific contract rules and guidelines and with company's policies, practices and procedures to facilitate quality and cost effective care for the injured employee.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active PRC and US Nursing License
• Must have at least one (1) year of recent and relevant hospital bedside care experience, which may include a combination of CPO or bedside where candidate utilized their PHRN or USRN license after graduation.
• Relevant clinical experience may include: UM Intake/Case Setup/Case Build, Authorization Processing, Referral Management, Clinical Documentation Review, Work Queue & Provider Coordination, Benefit Verification, Concurrent/Retrospective Review Support, Care Management Support, and UR/UM
• Familiarity with the US Healthcare System and medical records/documentation based on client or jurisdictional requirements.
• With excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup (any PH locations)
