Job Summary:
The Production Staff supports the manufacturing process by operating machines, handling materials, assembling, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and equipment properly.
  • Assist in assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Report equipment or material issues to supervisors.
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • With or without experience (training provided).
  • Physically fit and hardworking.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.

STARTING DATE FOR THE TRAINING IS ON AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2026

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
