Job Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for handling all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper application of promotions and compliance with standard cashiering procedures. This role contributes to delivering a smooth, courteous, and customer-focused checkout experience, while maintaining cleanliness and order at the counter area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Reports concerns, discrepancies, or issues promptly to the immediate head.
  • Applies all applicable store promotions and marketing events during transactions.
  • Follows standard cashiering spiels and operational procedures at all times.
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area and checkout rack.
  • Performs tasks quickly and accurately, maintaining work quality.
  • Maintains openness to feedback and ongoing learning.
  • Practice the safety in the workplace.
  • Performs other tasks and assignments by supervisors or store management.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate preferred.
  • With previous cashiering or retail work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Can work quickly and accurately while maintaining work quality.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to follow instructions, accept feedback, and continuously improve skills.
