What You'll Do in the Role
- Downloading, editing and uploading product images while ensuring high-resolution and consistent quality and crafting accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits
- Regularly updating product information, including pricing and specifications
- Create and review purchase orders to ensure the accuracy and in a timely manner
- Marketplaces products association
- Conduct data quality checks across all Marais channels
- Reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Ad-hoc projects
Skills /Qualifications
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Experience with photo cropping software
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
