Full job description

Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in the Philippines to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. You will be a trusted point of contact for our U.S. customers, delivering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support that reflects the BraceAbility brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by phone, email, and support tickets
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide helpful, accurate solutions
  • Build a strong understanding of our products to answer customer questions
  • Respond professionally to customer reviews on Shopify, Trustpilot, Walmart, and other review platforms
  • Work with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally supporting U.S. customers by phone or email
  • Excellent verbal and written English, active listening skills, and a professional phone voice
  • Strong computer skills, with fast and accurate typing and data entry
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately
  • Plus: Experience with Shopify, Freshdesk, or similar help desk software, or with medical and healthcare products

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time, which is about 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine time (10:00 PM–7:00 AM from November to March)
  • No regular weekend shifts; occasional Saturday support may be requested during our busiest periods

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable postpaid internet connection of at least 50 Mbps (speed test screenshot required)
  • Backup internet connection (prepaid home Wi-Fi router or pocket Wi-Fi)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher
  • Operating system: Windows 11, 64-bit
  • Dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
