Full job description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering course.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC License required).
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or hospital/property maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
  • Familiar with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety standards and preventive maintenance programs is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic report preparation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to render overtime or respond to emergency maintenance concerns when necessary.
