Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors building utilities (electricity, water, LPG) and prepares monthly consumption reports.
  • Inspects and maintains the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the building and its surroundings.
  • Trains and guides new engineers and technicians on building operations and maintenance.
  • Addresses tenants’ facility-related concerns and coordinates corrective actions.
  • Implements and oversees emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Conducts regular building inspections and prepares corresponding reports.
  • Ensures all facilities comply with company ISO 9001 standards, regulations, and building codes.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role (preferably in office/commercial buildings)
  • Experience in tenant relations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php43,000.00 per month
