Job Summary

The Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's credit and collection functions to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables while minimizing financial risk. The position supervises the Credit and Collection team, evaluates customer creditworthiness, monitors accounts receivable aging, coordinates with Sales, Front Office, and other operational departments, and ensures compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Credit and Collections or Accounts Receivable.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Hospitality or hotel industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS and accounting systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
