Job Summary

A Warehouseman supports warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring goods are stored safely and efficiently. The job requires physical work, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.

Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and any signs of damage.
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Sort, label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment or delivery.
  • Perform inventory counts, stock audits, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Encode and update inventory records, stock movements, and warehouse documents using a computer.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, dispatching, and inventory transactions.
  • Ensure products are handled properly to prevent damage or loss during storage and transportation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling tools.
  • Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist in arranging and organizing warehouse shelves to maximize storage space.
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Other tasks that may arise from time to time.

Initial Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor
  • Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge Computer Skills
  • Experience in warehouse work is an advantage (but not always required)
  • Forklift certification is a plus for some employers

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
