Warehouse Receiving Clerk jobs

The Warehouse Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding and maintaining warehouse-related data, including inventory records, receiving and releasing of products, stock movements, and other documentation. The role ensures that all warehouse transactions are properly recorded and updated in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode incoming and outgoing products accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update inventory records and stock movement reports.
• Prepare and organize delivery receipts, invoices, transfer documents, and other warehouse records.
• Verify encoded data against physical documents and actual inventory.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving, releasing, and transferring of items.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as needed.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents.
• Perform other administrative and warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in warehouse encoding, inventory, or administrative work is preferred.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and under pressure.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
