Polystar Business Solutions is seeking a Vikings Receptionist to join our dynamic events team on a full-time basis. Based at our venue in TAGAYTAY, VIKINGS, this role is central to creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring seamless guest experiences at our events. As the first point of contact for attendees, you will be instrumental in setting the tone for every event we host, managing registration processes, and providing outstanding customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence in event management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome event attendees with professionalism and warmth, serving as the primary point of contact upon arrival
• Manage event registration and check-in procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient flow of guests
• Provide attendees with event information, directions, and assistance throughout the duration of events
• Answer enquiries and direct guests to appropriate staff members or areas as needed
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting reception area
• Liaise with event coordinators and other team members to ensure coordinated event operations
• Assist with event setup and breakdown activities as required
• Handle administrative tasks including recording attendance, managing sign-in sheets and updating event documentation
• Address guest concerns or complaints with courtesy and escalate issues when necessary

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
