Jollibee KM 44 is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Service Crew. The ideal candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and work areas
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic cashiering duties when assigned
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests
