Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier/Server to join our team at SM Tanza. The ideal candidate provides fast and accurate service, handles transactions efficiently, and helps create a positive dining experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, cards, and e-wallet payments
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service station
• Assist with basic food prep and packaging when needed
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
• Support team members during peak hours

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With or without experience (training provided)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in food service or cashiering is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
