Position: Waiter / Waitress
Location: Brotzeit BGC
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately explain menu offerings, answer guest inquiries, and take food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation standards are met.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the dining area in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and seamless service.
  • Process guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with company policies, food safety regulations, and service standards at all times.
