QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Pleasing personality and excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Waiter plays a key role in providing an exceptional fine dining experience through attentive, personalized, and professional service. Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism upon arrival.

2. Manage reservations, guest lists, and waitlists efficiently using the restaurant’s booking system.

3. Coordinate table assignments to optimize guest flow and service efficiency.

4. Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service and kitchen teams.

5. Provide accurate information about the menu, promotions, and restaurant events.

6. Handle guest inquiries and phone calls promptly and courteously.

7. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

8. Assist in managing VIP and special occasion bookings to ensure personalized service.

9. Support the dining team during peak hours and special functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,770.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
