Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process cash, card, and other payments and ensure accurate transactions.
- Prepare and issue guest bills and receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining/service area.
- Ensure proper handling and recording of cash and transactions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
- Assist the F&B team with daily operations and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College Graduate.
- With experience in F&B service or cashiering is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cashiering and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Note: Upon hiring, the successful candidate will be employed under an accredited agency and assigned to the hotel.
Pay: Php610.00 per day
Work Location: In person
