Role: Customer Service Representative – Healthcare / Logistics Account

Role Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support our Healthcare or Logistics accounts.

Depending on account assignment, you may handle outbound calls to healthcare providers and facilities to request, track, and follow up on medical records needed for claims processing and patient care, or support logistics-related customer service activities involving order, shipment, delivery, or service coordination.

In either account, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely assistance, maintaining clear communication with customers or business partners, and efficiently handling account-related concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least college level education
  • Minimum of 6 months previous BPO experience
  • Preferably with prior VOICE experience making inbound/outbound calls
  • Able to speak comfortably in English
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
