Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field
• Registered Guidance Counselor
• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in student services, guidance programs, or a similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Able to handle student concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Willing to support guidance activities, student records, and referrals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work in a fast-paced academic environment
• Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City
