Full job description

  • The Records Assistant receives, stamps, archives, and monitors all received documents such as Chattel Mortgage, Promissory Note, Disclosure Statement, Photocopy of Identification Cards of co-makers, and borrowers, Payment Schedule, and other documentary loan requirements.
  • Digitizes (converts to electronic file) all received documents to ensure that records are available in hard and soft copy.
  • Facilitates the transfer, placement, and storage of documents to the warehouse or filing cabinet and maintains a classification or labeling system, reference folder, and location maps to all stored areas.
  • Monitors and identifies documents and records that exceed the set retention period of storage and are subject to disposal (shredding).
  • Safe keeps and monitors all documents and official company records.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
